T3SU 300 CSU/DSU for T3 Networks

The T3SU 300 provides a cost-effective versatile approach for

customers migrating from T1 to T3 services. The T3SU 300 provides a user

the ability to use up to four data ports. This flexibility allows the user to spread the

cost of the service among multiple applications. One HSSI interface is built in

along with three slots which accept additional HSSI or V.35 interfaces. The HSSI

interfaces support rates between 75k and 44.2 Mbps in 75 kbps increments. The

high speed V.35 option supports rates up to 10 Mbps in increments of 75 kbps.

SNMP and Telnet are available through either a SLIP/PPP port or a 10BaseT

Ethernet port. Complete configuration, diagnostics and performance monitoring

are available through SNMP, Telnet, or the VT 100 craft interface. The T3SU 300

is designed for either desktop use or installation in a 19-inch rack.

RIC-E3/ETH, RIC-T3/ETH 10/100BT to E3/T3 Converters

RIC-E3/ETH and RIC-T3/ETH interface converters offer simple, cost-

effective connection between E3/T3 services and 10/100BaseT LANs. RIC-

E3/ETH and RIC-T3/ETH transparently connect unframed E3/T3 and

10/100BaseT links, utilizing the full E3/T3 bandwidth without heavy

overhead associated with packet or cell-based technologies. Built-in

Ethernet bridge with VLAN support enables virtual LAN connections.
